The bus stop is situated 150 meters down the road and the Tatras electric rail is 500 meters away from the house. From Nova Lesna you can directly get  to the city of Poprad or  to the village of Stary Smokovec and Strbske Pleso, in Stary Smokovec there is a transfer to the village of  Tatranska Lomnica.

In the locality of the High Tatra mountains, there is a number of ski resorts each equipped with a high standard ski lifts and chair-lifts and can be found in the following resorts: Strbske Pleso – Solisko, Smokovec – Jakubkova luka and Hrebienok, Tatranska Lomnica – Jamy , Skalnate Pleso, and many more.  

 The beautiful view and the fresh air will help you strengthen your lungs and improve your wellness while hiking up in the mountains, exploring the close by landscape or taking a walk through many beautiful mountain villages. For your comfort there is a special  cable-railway, that gets you right to mountain resorts of  Hrebienok, Skalnate Pleso and Lomnicky Stit in just a few minutes.

We advice that the more demanding and dangerous tours should be accompanied by the professional tour guides who are friendly and always willing to help you.

You should not miss an opportunity to visit a close by Dobsina Ice Cave, Pienina National Park. Additionally, you can explore the beautiful landscape of a well known attractive tourist destination of Slovak Paradise, which is within an hours reach. We advise those of you, who love historical monuments and a classical architecture to visit a historical and cultural monuments  in the town of Levoca and Kezmarok. Nonetheless, we recommend visiting one of the biggest historical castles in the middle Europe, the Spissky Hrad castle. When the bad weather prevents you from  your planned trip, you can spend your time in the spectacular swimming and wellness resort  of Aqua City Poprad, situated close to the bus and railway station in the city of Poprad. Alternatively, you can visit the swimming center with thermal water in the village of Vrbov, /1 hour/.
